The Perfect Itinerary for 3 Days in Chicago

Chicago is a beautiful city with so much to offer. If you're looking for amazing food, incredible views, and a ton of activities, then look no further!

Day 1

Start your trip by exploring the Loop and Magnificent Mile on foot. Stroll along the riverfront and pickup a Blue Bottle coffee or cascara when you need a break. Once you've worked up an appetite head to the Time Out Market for a banquet of incredible dining options- the best of the city under one roof! (You will definitely need to come back more than once)

Day 2

Begin your day with a stop at Cloud Gate (a.k.a. "The Bean") in Millennium Park for sunrise before the crowds descend on it. Afterward, refuel with brunch at The Goddess and the Baker. Then spend the rest of your day exploring Chicago by boat with an architecture tour! In the evening, make your way back to the restaurant district (with a reservation in hand) for bold fusion at the acclaimed Girl and the Goat.

Day 3

Explore the North Loop and Lincoln Park. I suggest revisiting the Time Out Market for lunch and for your final meal, Giacomos. This Italian restaurant is known for its delicious small plates, so you can sample a little bit of everything!

Honorable mentions:

Lou Malnati's Pizzeria for Chicago-famous deep dish pizza

Willis Tower Skydeck or 360 Observation Deck for the 1000ft view

Alinea for a taste of 3 Michelin stars

The gorgeous neoclassical Chicago Cultural Center

And that's it! Three days packed full of activities and delicious food. Now all that's left to do is start planning your trip!

Is Chicago on your list? Did I miss anything you love about the city? Let me know,

Love and lunges,
