When I started my fitness journey, I knew I had the passion and dedication. Every morning, I would lace up my shoes, step into the gym, and give it my all. Yet, despite the sweat and effort, something was missing. The visible progress, the tangible evidence of my effort, wasn't as forthcoming as I had hoped. I was putting in the work, but the mirror, the scales, and the weights, they all told the same story - not enough progress.
The missing piece was a plan, a blueprint, to guide my efforts. But here came another hurdle - how does one choose the right plan? It's a commitment of not just time, but trust. When you embark on a plan, you're putting your faith in it. You're agreeing to devote months of dedication, hoping that at the end of that path lies the result you crave.
In the industry, it's the fitfluencers who dominate the market. Their programs, carefully crafted, look attractive, but they're made with their bodies and their goals in mind. And the solid, tried-and-tested exercise science? That often lies behind a paywall and knowledge gap, inaccessible to many who need it the most.
Faced with these barriers, Waseem (my boyfriend, tech-genious, and gym partner) and I decided to take matters into our own hands. We wanted find a solution – one that would take the guesswork out of fitness planning.
We wanted to create a tool that would provide a bespoke roadmap for anyone, regardless of their starting point, available equipment, or unique goals. So, we turned to the best minds in the field, experts we've respected for years including Andrew Huberman, Andy Galpin, Duncan French, and Jeff Cavaliere, and trained an AI model on their protocols and wisdom.
